Most patients tolerate Semaglutide well, but side effects can occur especially when starting or increasing the dose. Common (often improve over time): nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, stomach pain/bloating, belching, headache, fatigue, reflux/indigestion. Less common: dizziness, injection-site irritation.
