Consent to Communications
By providing your phone number and/or email address and agreeing to receive communications from Modern Metabolic Medicine, you consent to receive email and text messages regarding:
- Marketing and promotional information
- Personal data and account updates
- Appointments with your healthcare provider
- Healthcare-related information and reminders
- Similar healthcare matters
By consenting to receive messaging from Modern Metabolic Medicine, you expressly consent to allow us to email and/or text you (via SMS and/or MMS) with or regarding marketing (including but not limited to calls or texts sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice), Personal Data (as defined in our Privacy Policy), appointments with your healthcare provider, or similar matters related to your healthcare provided by your healthcare provider, using the contact information you have provided.

They are sent through an unencrypted method of communication, meaning that information contained in an unencrypted message is at risk of being intercepted and read by, or disclosed to, unauthorized third parties, such as your mobile operator's text messaging system. Your phone carrier's normal rates may apply if you have consented to receive text messages.
Important: This consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services, and you may revoke this consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message or emailing us at hello@snagrx.com.
